Technical Overview: ATS Panel Manufacturing

We design and manufacture Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panels tailored for industrial facilities, residential complexes, commercial buildings, and custom infrastructure projects where Diesel Generator (DG) backup systems are employed.

Key Features:

  1. Custom-Built Design:
    Each ATS panel is engineered to order based on client load requirements, generator sizing, site conditions, and operational logic. This ensures full compatibility with existing electrical systems and seamless power transfer.

  2. Voltage Range:

    • Low Voltage (LV) Panels: up to 1000V

    • Medium Voltage (MV) Panels: typically up to 11kV
      (Options for higher voltages available on request.)

  3. Transfer Modes:

    • Open Transition (Break-before-Make)

    • Closed Transition (Make-before-Break)

    • Delayed Transition

    • Manual / Auto Transfer capability

    • Remote monitoring and control integration (SCADA/BMS compatible)
